Kathy Perry is a Business Consultant (www.KathyPerry.com) offering sales and marketing consulting, and is the Founder of www.PeakPerformanceWomen.com, a mentoring resource site for women on enhancing body, mind and spirit. 

Kathy leads multiple MasterMind groups, is passionate about mentoring women and is actively involed in the community, including the American Cancer Society Cattle Barons’ Ball and Big Cat Rescue.  Kathy was honored as a finalist in the 2006 Tampa Bay Business Journal Business Woman of the Year Awards.

She has held several executive level positions including, VP of Sales & Marketing with an information technology company with biometric-enabled applications, VP of Sales & Marketing with a network security software company, Senior Partner with a full-service marketing services company, Senior Vice President of a CRM software company and Director of Corporate Resources for a marketing automation software company.  

Kathy is also the creator of “The Mirror Factor, a Reflection into Your Business” Assessment Workshop as a tool to identify areas of a business that might be out of  alignment.

Kathy has been honored with numerous awards throughout her career; 2002-03 “Woman of the Year” for American Business Women’s Association – Liberty Chapter and Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce 2002 Small Business Outstanding Leader Award finalist. Her many awards include Millionaire’s Club, Super Achiever’s Club, as well as ranking #1 in the United States in 1989 in the business systems division of a Fortune 500 company.

She shares her knowledge and experience through motivational and educational seminars at various business and civic organizations. She inspires and motivates her audiences to achieve their personal and professional goals.
